A Successful Summit

Klint Crawford, President of Haulz Software spoke at the first ever Dump Truck Summit on July 23, 2025.  As former Allied Committee Chairman of the Indiana Motor Truck Association, Klint is committed to supporting and backing those in the dump truck industry by addressing related topics, programming and events regarding the issues and concerns that dump truck owners face. There were 89 dump trucks owners present for our first IMTA Dump Truck Summit, along with several industry vendors.  In addition to Klint’s discussion about IMTA’s support of dump trucking, Major Jon Smithers, with the Indiana State Police, led a discussion on best practices for drivers during level 1-3 inspections.  Becky Schwertfeger with Assured Partners and Bill Blake with Gravel Conveyors added to those discussions with practical, real-life examples from the insurance and carrier perspectives.

Guests at the Haulz Software/IMTA Dump Truck Summit participated in the first of many events that will cater to the unique needs and concerns of the dump truck industry.
