IMTA & Haulz Software Welcome Chris Spear of ATA

September 24-26, 2025 - Klint Crawford, Haulz Software President and current IMTA Board Member, attended the Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA) Annual Convention where Chris Spear, President and CEO of American Trucking Association (ATA), was one of the featured guest speakers.  Indiana consistently ranks among the riskiest states in the country for predatory towing.  Chris discussed many topics impacting dump truckers nationwide, including predatory towing and large commercial vehicle tort reform.  Klint and the IMTA delegation attended Call on Washington earlier this year - where they addressed truck policies with US Senators, Congressional Officials, Chris, and his ATA staff.  Klint thanked Chris and the ATA team for hosting IMTA board members earlier in the year.
