Chad Carmichael, Founding Partner

 

Chad Carmichael proudly owns and operates A&C Trucking, based in Indianapolis.  As a second-generation entrepreneur in the industry, he has built on the solid foundation laid by his family, bringing innovation and efficiency to the business. Under Chad's leadership, A&C Trucking has grown to operate a fleet of 35 tri-axle dump trucks, positioning itself as one of the foremost dump truck services in the Midwest.  Chad's commitment to excellence is evident in the company's operational practices and customer service, ensuring timely and reliable transportation solutions for a variety of projects.  His deep understanding of the industry, passion for logistics, and dedication to high standards has earned A&C Trucking a well-respected reputation among clients and peers alike. Beyond the day-to-day operations, Chad is also focused on fostering a positive work environment with an emphasis on safety, training and professional growth.

Klint Crawford, President

 

Leveraging software and transportation technology with the purpose of bringing efficiency to customer operations has always been Klint's focus.  Prior to becoming President of Haulz Software, Klint served as Senior Director for RoadFlex. He also worked with Omnitracs/Solera clients to ensure convergence road mapping with video telematics, ELD and in-cab workflow solutions.  Klint has a strong background in transportation, working as a shipper for eight years and as Director of Logistics Services for R&L Carriers.  From there, he moved into transportation software technology with TMW Systems/Trimble, Lytx Video Telematics, and Kuebix/Trimble Shipper TMS.  Upon completion of a one-year term as Chairman of the Allied Group, he now serves on the Indiana Motor Truck Board of Directors.  Klint is a graduate of Purdue University with an MBA from Butler University.

Gus B. “Butch” Nuckols III brings over 40 years of extensive leadership experience to the software efficiency industry, rooted in a distinguished career in the ready-mix concrete business. As the former owner of Builders Concrete in Fishers, Indiana, and Sagamore Ready Mix Concrete, Butch oversaw operations spanning  11 plants across Central Indiana and a fleet of 100 trucks. His strategic innovations in introducing flowable fill and roller-compacted concrete to the market have set industry standards for efficiency, sustainability, and performance. Butch’s deep understanding of operational workflows and his commitment to streamlining complex processes make him uniquely positioned to drive software solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. His legacy of innovation and excellence continues to inspire his work, ensuring businesses achieve optimal results through cutting-edge technology and proven practices.

Carter Logistics is a premier third-party logistics provider, delivering comprehensive supply-chain management solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Carter Express is recognized as a top-tier asset-based logistics company, boasting a fleet of over 900 tractors and 1800 trailers that service the U.S., Canada, and Mexico . After taking full ownership of Carter Express in 1992, John's pursuit of excellence has since transformed the business, driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, state-of-the-art equipment, and industry-leading safety standards. John founded Carter Logistics, which now operates eight cross-dock facilities strategically located along the NAFTA Highway. Under John's leadership, the organization has garnered multiple awards and recognition, reflecting his dedication to quality and innovation.  John serves on several boards, contributing his expertise and insights to further advance the logistics industry.
